This Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) outlines the acceptable and prohibited uses of IntelliVoice services. Violation of this policy may result in suspension or termination of services.
2. Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited:
2.1 Illegal Activities
- Using services for any illegal purpose
- Transmitting content that violates laws
- Facilitating fraud or deceptive practices
2.2 Abuse and Harassment
- Harassing, threatening, or abusing others
- Making threatening or harassing phone calls
- Stalking or intimidation
2.3 Spam and Unsolicited Communications
- Sending unsolicited bulk communications
- Robocalling without proper consent
- TCPA violations
- Caller ID spoofing for fraudulent purposes
2.4 Network Abuse
- Attempting to gain unauthorized access to systems
- Interfering with service to other users
- Excessive bandwidth consumption that degrades service
- Port scanning or security testing without authorization
2.5 Intellectual Property
- Infringing copyrights, trademarks, or patents
- Distributing pirated software or content
3. Voice Services Specific Rules
- Comply with all FCC regulations
- Maintain accurate E911 location information
- Do not use services for toll fraud
- Do not bypass toll charges through improper routing
4. Colocation Specific Rules
- Only authorized equipment may be installed
- Respect power and cooling allocations
- Follow all facility access procedures
- Do not host illegal content

6. Enforcement
IntelliVoice reserves the right to:
- Investigate suspected violations
